The Howard Vandersea Chapter of The National Football Foundation is pleased to sponsor the 11th annual “Kick-Off Luncheon” at noon on Thursday at the Ramada Plaza and Conference Center in Portland.
The luncheon will feature remarks from the head coaches of the seven football-playing colleges in Maine — including Bowdoin’s J.B. Wells.
The Ramada Plaza is located at 155 Riverside Street. Tickets are $20 each. Call Adam Cote at 233-2174 for reservations and additional information.
All coaches, administrators, alumni, parents, friends of football, players and the public are invited to attend.
