BRUNSWICK — Rete was a resident of South Harpswell from 1952 until 2007. She was active in the historical and land trust programs. She was also an expert on lighthouses, having seen every one in North America.
She leaves her son, Scott Macfarlane, his wife Lee, grandsons Chris, Jeff and Matt, brother-in-law Malcolm Palmer and niece Nancy Kennedy.
There will be no service at her request.
