Today I am here to talk about a neraly extinct animal that is being brought back. It is called the puffin.
You see, the puffin at first was being hunted for food, but over time and centuries, they had been mass hunted for both food and feathers.
To stop that and let them repopulate, they made it illegal to hunt puffins and the National Audubon Society made breeding grounds on eggrock.
For $100, you can adopt a puffin, which is a lot, but for a chance to stop their extinction from happening that is cheap. You can start to redeem humanity for all we have done to puffins.
We need to help them and fix what we have done.
Save them by adoptng a puffin now. Please, they have lives too.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
