A ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber was conducted last Wednesday for the new Bill Dodge Hyundai dealership location at 118 Pleasant St. in Brunswick. Brother and sister Win Dodge and Stacy Chandler, along with other members of the Dodge family, were on hand to celebrate the event. Win and Stacy said that they are thrilled to be in Brunswick, calling it a “thriving community, ever evidenced by the traffic on Pleasant Street.” Win said they had two other properties they considered renovating for their new Hyundai dealership, but chose the

Pleasant Street address specifically because of this community. Cory King, executive director of the Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber, said, “It’s always great to see a Maine-based, family-owned business choose Brunswick for renovation or relocation. We’re really pleased to have this beautiful new dealership on Pleasant Street.” David Soucier, who took over general manager responsibilities earlier this year at their previous location on

Bath Road, said, “It’s bittersweet to close down the Bath Road location, it was the first new dealership location for the Dodge family. This new dealership in Brunswick, which is the family’s hometown, is exciting as it brings us back to our roots.”
