In a back-and-forth Class B North boys high school preliminary boys lacrosse contest, eighth-seeded Winslow edged past No. 9 Morse, 14-11, on Monday at Thomas College.
The Shipbuilders ended their season with a 4-9 mark, while the Black Raiders next face top-seeded Gardiner on Wednesday in the quarterfinals.
Bryce Hillier tallied seven goals for Winslow (6- 7), while Evan Dart added four goals and two assists, and Colby Nadeau chipped in two goals.
Declan Hall paced Morse with four goals and two helpers.
