BRUNSWICK — Women’s Fitness Studio & Spa will hold an open house on Saturday, April 29, featuring tours of its remodeled fitness area, free classes, and much more.
The open house, from 8 a.m. to noon, will include refreshments. It is free and open to the public.
“This event offers a perfect opportunity for anyone interested in seeing what WFS & Spa has to offer, ask questions, try out our amazing group fitness classes, and meet many of the coaches and staff,” said Kathleen Strickland, owner of WFS & Spa for more than 37 years. “The open house is a great opportunity for women to see how we continue to change and remain current. We are constantly researching all fitness trends which we feel can better serve our members to keep them motivated and achieving results.”
Demo classes on their newest specialty class, Barre Dia, will be available. Barre Dia is a fusion of cardio, strength training, basic ballet, muscle toning, Pilates and yoga. As a special bonus, during the open house Women’s Fitness will have a sale on their Barre Dia/TRX class pass. The 10-class pass regularly sells for $130 and will be on sale for $100.
