Edgecomb Community Church, UCC will gather for their annual Easter sunrise service at Fort Edgecomb on Sunday, April 16 beginning at 6 a.m.
Easter Sunday sunrise services are a tradition among Christians around the world, and the Easter sunrise service at Fort Edgeccomb has become a tradition in the Town of Edgecomb.
Everyone is invited to join us to worship and to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ on the grounds of the historic Fort Edgecomb overlooking the beautiful Sheepscot River. After the service, coffee and refreshments will be available.
Fort Edgecomb State Historic Park is located at 66 Old Fort Road, Edgecomb. In event of inclement weather, the service will be held at Edgecomb Community Church, 15 Cross Point Road, Edgecomb. For further information call the church office at (207) 882.4060.
