BATH — Bath Savings Institution’s President and CEO Glenn Hutchinson recently announced the promotion of four bank employees.

Megan Smith Pinkham has been promoted to loan servicing officer. Pinkham began her banking career in 2005 as part of the Boothbay Harbor office team. She is an active participant in Big Brothers/ Big Sisters and Bowl for Kid’s Sake; and for the past several years she has co-chaired the bank’s United Way campaign to record-breaking success.

Lisa Sargent has been promoted to assistant manager of loan servicing. Sargent joined the bank and the loan servicing department in 2010. She is the department’s commercial loan servicing expert and has made many contributions to the growth and development of the department and its staff.

Daniel Wilson has been named deposit operations officer. Wilson joined Bath Savings in 2005. He has specialized training in the area of IRAs and deposit operations compliance. He is an active participant in Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Bowl for Kid’s Sake; and for the past several years he has also co-chaired the bank’s United Way campaign.

Jessica McIntire has been promoted to assistant manager of deposit operations. She began her career at Bath Savings in January 2003. McIntire’s natural leadership capabilities and her tenure in operations have helped her develop skills that led to her promotion in that department.
