NAPERVILLE, Ill. — Bowdoin junior Brian Greenberg earned All-American status by finishing sixth in the triple jump at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championship on Saturday.
Seeded eighth entering the championship, Greenberg jumped 14.36m (47-01.50) to rise into sixth place, where he held on through the finals to become Bowdoin’s first male All-American triple jumper. It was Greenberg’s third trip to NCAA’s after qualifying for the indoor and outdoor championships as a sophomore last year and his first All-American honor.
