BATH — Bath Savings Institution President and CEO Glenn Hutchinson recently announced the hiring of two new bank officers.

Evan Libby of Freeport has joined the bank as vice president of compliance. Before joining Bath Savings, Libby served as a senior bank examiner for the Maine Bureau of Financial Institutions. He graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in business administration-finance and a minor in economics.

Tatiana Chipilova of Camden joins Bath Savings as vice president, finance and brings many years of accounting experience to the position. Since 2010, Chipilova has worked at Camden National Bank as the regulatory reporting officer and accounting manager. She received her MBA from Lipetsk State Technical University in Russia and her master of science in accounting from the University of Southern Maine, where she earned her CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification.

Hutchinson said, “These new officers bring a commitment to service and strengthen our banking team for the future. As the bank continues to grow, their expertise will allow us to continue to provide the exceptional service our customers expect.”
