Rev. Jay Noll has been a pastor for 22 years, having served churches in Vermont, New York, Washington and Indiana. He moved to Maine in December 2015 and began at Corliss Street Baptist on a part-time basis in January 2016. He transitioned to full time status in June.
Noll earned his Master of Divinity in 2002 and was ordained on May 2, 2004.
One of his driving passions is to convey the teachings of the Bible and how they relate to humanity today in a way that brings life and healing.
A unique aspect of Noll’s ministry is juggling. He also enjoys leading people into worship through singing and playing guitar.
Noll has a special interest in working with law enforcement officers and has been named the chaplain for the Bath Police Department. He also works for Sweetser on a per diem basis as a Crisis Service Provider.
He is credentialed as a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor with the American Association of Christian Counselors.
