KENNEBUNK — United Way of York County has been selected as the Hannaford Helps Reusable Bag Program beneficiary in October.
For every blue Hannaford Helps Reusable Bag purchased at the Kennebunk Hannaford, United Way of York County will receive a $1 donation to help fulfill its mission of strengthening community conditions.
“Healthy foods is one of the core areas outlined in our strategic plan,” said Barb Wentworth, president and CEO of United Way of York County. “We are honored to have been chosen as the beneficiary for the Hannaford Helps program this month.”
