HARPSWELL — Stephen T. Lane, Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Maine, will be the celebrant at All Saints by the Sea Chapel, Bailey Island, on Sunday at 9:30 a.m. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the chapel. A special reception will be held after the service. All are welcome to attend. The chapel is located on Washington Avenue.
