BRUNSWICK

Bowdoin College was recently ranked by Money magazine among the top 50 best value colleges for your money.

The Brunswick college ranked 43rd out of more than 700 of the nation’s best performing colleges, according to the magazine. The research was gathered from dozens of experts on education quality, financing and value.

In order to be accepted into the survey, schools had to enroll more than 500 students, have a graduation rate at or above the national average for either a private or public institution and have enough data to be analyzed by their experts.

Also, the institution could not be identified by the U.S. Department of Education or bond rating agencies as having financial difficulty.
