BRUNSWICK — Coastal Enterprises, Inc., a nonprofit community development organization, with the support of Maine State Housing Authority, will offer the home buyer education class on Mondays and Wednesdays, Aug. 8, 10, 15 and 17, from 6-8:30 p.m., at CEI, 30 Federal St., Brunswick.
CEI is a HUD approved, certified and funded housing counseling agency. The course is an approved Maine hoMEworks course. Maine hoMEworks is a statewide coalition of home buyer education providers with a mission to develop a consistent, high quality home buyer education program delivered by a network of industry professionals throughout Maine.
Pre-registration is required and there is a $30/person or $50/couple non-refundable charge for the seminar. Registrations will not be accepted after Aug. 1. Participants must attend both sessions in order to receive a certificate of completion.
