From the Journal Tribune: “The situation facing the University of New England, with a male to female ratio of 70 to 30 on both the Biddeford and Westbrook campuses, is nothing out of the ordinary. As UNE considers an expansion of their male varsity sports program – adding a baseball team to the roster – some administrators hope this will be one way to attract more male students to campus.”
