WISCASSET — St. Philip’s Church’s traditional strawberry festival takes place Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 2 Hodge St. in Wiscasset. The festival features shortcake with native strawberries, homemade biscuits, whipped cream or Round Top ice cream. Quarts of strawberries picked earlier that morning will be for sale. Craftwork including baskets, jewelery and wood products will also be available. There will also be baked goods, a children’s play area and silent auction.
The church’s Bargain Basement will be open between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
