OGUNQUIT — Daigle Commercial Group of Portland has recently brokered the sale of the Parsons Post House Inn on Shore Road.
The transaction was completed, and transfer of ownership took place on May 12.
The property had undergone a complete transformation four years ago by the previous owner, Laura Magliochetti (doing business as Parsons Post House Real Estate LLC).
The upscale lodging property was purchased by the Inn at Sea Chambers LLC of Maine.
Parsons Post House Inn offers an ocean view from all common areas and an attractive courtyard guest patio.
The brokers who handled the listing and sale of this property were Nick Farrell, Mitch Muroff and Roger Daigle.
