SACO — Funtown Splashtown USA will help five organizations raise needed funds during its third annual Community Week from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through June 24.

Each day, one organization will set up at the park, raising awareness to the thousands of guests who will visit that week. For every bracelet purchased, the organization will receive $1.

This year’s participating organizations are:

Monday: Southern Maine Agency on Aging, working to improve the quality of life for older adults, adults with disabilities and the people who care for them.

Tuesday: Camp Champions, part of the American Camp Association New England, providing scholarships to children in need so they can experience summer camp in Maine.

Wednesday: Animal Welfare Society, providing animal sheltering and adoption services to 21 neighboring communities in York County.

Thursday: Ronald McDonald House Charities of Maine, located in Portland, Bangor and at the Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital, helping families stay close together when a child is in the hospital.

June 24: Crossroads Maine, providing addiction and behavioral health treatment services in a safe and respectful environment so individuals and families can lead healthy lives.
