BRUNSWICK — After 30 years of practice, Dr. Howard Rosenfield of Town Park Psychiatric Associates, located at 169 Park Row in Brunswick, is announcing his retirement.
He will leave active practice at the end of April.
As the ongoing health and well being of his patients remains a priority, Rosenfield is available to suggest follow-up care and arrange transfer of records on an individual basis by calling his office at (207) 729-5426.
After Rosenfield’s retirement, physician and psychotherapy referrals and records transfers may be arranged through Town Park’s office manager. Alternatively, recommendations for further care may be obtained through a patient’s health insurance plan, local hospital, or the Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine physician search database.
