Erica Zsigray, 26, of Lorain, Ohio, was summonsed Oct. 28 on Route 77 on a charge of operating without a license.
Victor McAllister, 29, of Portland, was summonsed Oct. 31 on Scott Dyer Road on a charge of operating after suspension.
Timothy Fredrick, 60, of 49 William St., Portland, was arrested Nov. 2 on Spurwink Avenue on a warrant.

On Oct. 25, a patrolman met with a resident of the Mitchell Road area regarding a possible attempted burglary into a garage.
On Oct. 26, a patrolman met with a resident of the Shore Road area regarding a criminal mischief complaint. An unknown vehicle had driven across his lawn leaving ruts and damaging shrubbery.
On Oct. 27, a sergeant met with a resident of the Fowler Road area regarding a theft of political signs.
On Oct. 27, a patrolman and sergeant responded to a residence in the Bowery Beach Road area for a domestic disturbance.
On Oct. 29, a patrolman met with a resident of the Shore Road area regarding the theft of a GoPro camera.
On Oct. 29, a representative of a local business came to the police department and dropped off a purse a customer had left behind. The owner was identified and property returned.
On Oct. 29, a sergeant and patrolman responded to a residence in the Broad Cove area for a well-being check.
On Oct. 30, a patrolman met with a resident of the Sawyer Road area regarding a misuse of credit ID.
On Oct. 31, a patrolman met with a resident of the Ocean House Road area reporting that the caller’s dogs had attacked a skunk. The owner was able to get the dogs off the skunk and call the police. The skunk left the area and was not located. The owner was served with quarantine notices for the dogs.
On Nov. 2, a patrolman met with a resident of the Broad Cove area regarding a bad check complaint.
