BATH — InspireME Personal Fitness & Wellness recently announced the launch of SURFSET — surfinspired fitness classes designed to sculpt a long, lean surfer’s physique. These new classes feature a custom, unstable surfboard that delivers the physical benefits of surfing without the ocean.
SURFSET was officially launched at InspireME Personal Fitness & Wellness on April 30.
The program combines rotational core training with isometric movements to build a long, lean torso, and elevates the heart rate to torch fat with Wave Runners, Shark Kicks, Duck Dives and, of course, the signature surf move … the Pop- Up. All of the exercises are beach inspired, total-body moves that include strength, cardio and flexibility-based movements.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
