All businesses in the region are invited to attend or exhibit at the B2B Marketplace. The location is at the Coastal Performance Training Center in Brunswick, a state of the art meeting space (arena) located on Thomas Point Road, Brunswick.
This year the Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber is partnering with the Greater Freeport Chamber of Commerce to bring together a gathering of businesses. The potential is huge as both chambers draw from almost 20 towns in our region and have close to 900 combined members. The competitive aspect of the event will include a “Passport” game and who will have the most interesting exhibit.
Our event sponsor, showing great support for our community’s businesses, is Bath Iron Works. “Bath Built is Best Built.” Part of General Dynamics Marine Systems, Bath Iron Works is a full-service shipyard specializing in the design, building and support of complex surface combatants for the U.S. Navy.
Thegoalof B2BMarketplaceistoconduct business. It’s also for all participants, exhibitors and attendees to show off their businesses to a large audience of decision markers. Both chambers expect 40 exhibitors to showcase their products and services and explain how each can benefit a business. From investing to security, to IT and workforce development, there’s something for all.
To reserve an exhibit space, contact SMMC at 725-8797 or the Greater Freeport Chamber at 847-5240.
After the long winter we’ve all just been through (or are still experiencing), both chambers of commerce know business people are eager to get out of the store or office. Thanks to our sponsor General Dynamics/Bath Iron Works, thereisnoadmissionfee.TheB2BMarketplace is open to any businessperson to attend. And for each there are unlimited opportunities to build strategic partnerships and grow their business in a competitive, but friendly atmosphere. See you on April 28.
