TOPSHAM — Coastal Enterprises Inc., a nonprofit community development organization, with the support of Maine State Housing Authority, will offer the firsttime homebuyer seminar on Mondays and Wednesdays, March 9, 11, 16 and 18, from 6 to 8:30 p.m., at Mt. Ararat High School in Topsham.
The purpose of the course is to help people prepare for and be well informed about the process of buying a home.
Pre-registration is required and there is a $30/person or $50/couple (or co-buyer) non-refundable charge for the seminar. Registrations will not be accepted after March 2.
