BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick Parks and Recreation Department is offering “Fitness Boot Camp.”
Classes are for ages 16 and up, with the program scheduled to run from Jan. 26 to March 6.
There will be 18 sessions over the six weeks, held each Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30 a.m. The cost is $100 for residents, $133 for non residents.
The Rec. is also offering an evening “Boot Camp,” with 12 classes held over six weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning at 5:30 p.m. The cost is $80 for residents and $106 for non residents.
The classes consist of high energy and high intensity workouts, geared towards people who have worked out before but have lost their way or are stuck in a rut.
