Perhaps, before anybody else writes on this subject in an attempt to justify the actions of these young men, it might be wise to ask a Native American how he/she feels about these students partying with bare chests and war paint.
An interpretation of the Bill of Rights to justify this would also allow one to wander through Harlem shouting the N word. I do not advise it.
