PORTLAND — The Portland Sea Dogs will host their fourth annual Holiday at Hadlock event on Saturday, Dec. 6th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event is free and open to the public with the day being highlighted by Santa’s arrival from the North Pole via helicopter; Elf One. He is scheduled to arrive at 11 a.m. and will be available to meet with children until the end of the event.

Other features will include horse drawn carriage rides around the field, a reindeer petting zoo, a craft room, L.L. Bean Bootmobile and Bean Boot Toss, as well as face painters and balloon artists from Party Palooga all made possible by Five County Credit Union.

The Kastaways will be there to perform and both Slugger the Sea Dog and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer will be in attendance. Fans are encouraged to bring new, unwrapped toys for Toysfor Tots. You can stay warm throughout the day with a “make your own” s’mores stand as well as free hot chocolate and cookies.

The Sea Dog’s souvenir shop and ticket office will be open, allowing fans to get a head start on their holiday shopping.

Portland opens the 2015 season on Thursday, April 9th at 6 p.m. at Hadlock Field against the Reading Fightin’ Phils. Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased by calling the Sea Dogs Ticket Office at 207-879-9500 or online at www.seadogs.com.
