PORTLAND — Bernstein Shur, one of northern New England’s largest law firms, recently announced that 32 of its attorneys have been named to 2014 New England Super Lawyers. Of those ranked, 13 were named to Rising Stars. Peter Rubin, senior shareholder, was ranked as a Top 100 New England Super Lawyer.
Super Lawyers is a directory featuring top legal talent from more than 70 practice areas across the country. Each year, they conduct a multi-phased selection process which includes independent research, peer nominations and evaluations to identify lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
The Rising Stars designation was developed in 1998 to honor outstanding attorneys who are under the age of 40 or have been practicing law for less than 10 years.
The Top 100 designation denotes the highest rank, and Rubin has been recognized for business litigation for the second consecutive year.
