PORTLAND (AP) — Coast Guard crews have rescued three people after their sailboat capsized in Portland Harbor.
A 911 call was received shortly before 2 p.m. Sunday about a sailboat that had overturned near Spring Point inside the harbor. Rescue crews pulled three people from the water and transferred them to a Portland Fire Department boat.
Coast Guard Search and Rescue Coordinator Chris Berry says “aside from being a little cold everyone is OK.”
