YORK — Bean Group recently announced that Dick Balkite has joined the company’s York real estate office.
Balkite has been practicing real estate in southern Maine and on the seacoast of New Hampshire since 2012. He wrote a weekly real estate column in York for two years, showcasing his local market expertise, and is also the co-author of a Maine guidebook.
“We are happy to have Dick on board with our company and look forward to the expertise he will bring to our Maine and New Hampshire customers,” said Adam Dean, director of residential brokerage services for Bean Group.
Balkite is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Maine Association of Realtors, New Hampshire Association of Realtors and York County Council of Realtors.
When he’s not busy with clients, Balkite said he enjoys playing tennis and being active in several political and social groups in his community.
