LISBON FALLS — The Sugg Middle School boys soccer team came from behind to earn a 4-4 tie against Hall-Dale on Thursday.
The Bulldogs jumped out to a 1-0 lead on an Alec Byron goal, but the Greyhounds (0-6-2) tied the game when Scott Smith fed a pass to Noah Austin.
Hall-Dale took a 3-1 halftime lead, as Matt Albert and Avery Stewart scored.
Sugg climbed back into the game early in the second half, with strong plays coming from Jack Tibbets and DJ Douglass, each picking up an assist on two more goals by Austin. Moments after typing the game, Austin scored the go-ahead goal.
But, Jared Roberts brought the Bulldogs back, scoring the tying goal late in regulation.
Sugg is slated to host Cony on Thursday.
