NEWCASTLE — Heartwood Theater invites actors of all ages to open auditions October 4 & 7 for “Les Miserables,” to be performed in the spring of 2015, and November 15 for “Cyrano de Bergerac,” to be performed in the summer of 2015.
“Les Miserables” will be performed as an ensemble piece, in the 150 seat Poe Theater at Lincoln Academy, with both projected scenery and flexible set pieces. Character relationships and acting of songs will be a strong focus. Casting will be age appropriate to the show. Roles will be assigned when suitable actors are engaged. Call Backs by arrangement, as needed.
