WISCASSET — Coastal Enterprises Inc., a nonprofit community development organization, with the support of Maine State Housing Authority, will offer the firsttime homebuyer seminars in Wiscasset and Brunswick.
In Wiscasset, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Sept. 9, 11, 16 and 18, from 6 to 8:30 p.m., at Coastal Enterprises Inc.
In Brunswick, on Saturdays, Oct. 11 and 18, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., at Brunswick Housing Authority, Woodlawn Towers.
The purpose of the course is to help people prepare for and be well informed about the process of buying a home.
Pre-registration is required and there is a $30/person or $50/couple (or co-buyer) non-refundable charge for the seminars. Registrations will not be accepted after Sept. 2 for the Wiscasset course and Oct. 3 for the Brunswick course.
