AT THIS WEEK’S monthly luncheon at People Plus, member Andrea Smith, Membership Coordinator Frank Connors and Executive Director Stacy Frizzle completed the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge in front of an audience of more than 60 members. Smith, who has several friends with ALS but is not on social media, approached the center for help in completing the challenge. She then challenged Frizzle and Connors to complete it as well. Above, Smith and Frizzle (after being doused with ice water themselves) took great enjoyment in dumping the ice cold water over Connors. Donations to ALS were made. Below, Frizzle got doused while she dumped water on Smith.
