
In his new role, Bernier will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities, staffing and directing the sales team, as well as providing leadership toward profitability and growth in line with the company vision. He will work directly with system designers assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations as well as monitor and manage the daily activity of customer relations. Bernier will also assist the marketing manager in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

Bernier has worked in both public and private sectors for more than 20 years. After serving in the military for five years, he worked for Frito Lay Corp. in sales and service. For the last ten years, Bernier worked in social services as a licensed social worker.
Formerly a Winslow native, Bernier has two children.
“I enjoy learning and understanding people and what their needs are,” Bernier said. “I look forward to using my skills to create an effective and mutually beneficial relationship between our customer base and Northeast Security Systems.”
