BIDDEFORD — Santa Bil’s Workshop is hosting several fundraisers this fall to support its work for the holiday season.
An event is planned at the Saco Drive In and fundraising yard sales are also coming up, with dates and times to be announced.
The charity works year-round to collect items and raise money to help families during the holiday season, according to organizer Bil Moriarty. Last year, it helped more than 600 children in York County with Christmas gifts and decorations. Many local businesses have donated to be on the charity’s 2014 discount card, said Moriarty, which is now available for purchase and allows discounts at eight local businesses through the end of the year.
Visit www.santabil.org or call Moriarty at 423-8187 or Charlene Dutremble at 423-3901 for more information, or to donate goods or money.
