BRUNSWICK — The Eighth Annual Brunswick Outdoor Arts Festival is scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 16th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Downtown Brunswick. More than 90 juried artists and artisans will be displaying and selling their artwork along the sidewalks of Maine Street and the Town Mall. Downtown Brunswick will be brimming with examples of art ranging from painting to sculpture, mixed media to graphics, drawing to photography, and fine arts to fine crafts. The event will include performances by roving musicians playing Bluegrass, Folk, Old Timey and Quebecois music, as well as a variety of children’s activities such as, face painting, hula hooping, crafts and henna tattoos. Art demonstrations will include woodworking, basket weaving, jewelry making, quilting, stone sculpting and much, much more for a true family event.
