BRUNSWICK — Brunswick Golf Club Golf Professional Chris Doherty is scheduled to conduct a six-week program focused on introducing beginners to the game and advancing proven junior golfers to all major aspects of golf.
The final week of the course includes an “On Course” playing clinic with someone from the BGC pro shop staff.
The one-hour weekly sessions will begin on July 7, with Session 1 (4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.) for ages 7-11 and Session 2 (5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.) for ages 12-17, and will run every Monday through Aug. 11, subject to weather.
The camp is open to all juniors, ages 7-17 interested in taking up the game or advancing their skills.
Cost is just $99, and those interested can sign up by stopping in to the Brunswick Golf Club pro shop or by calling 725-8224, ext. 3.
Each session is limited to 10 students.

We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
