
In addition to managing the Freeport office, Burke will continue to serve as branch manager for both the Maine Street and Cook’s Corner offices in Brunswick.
As branch manager, Burke’s responsibilities include the overall success of the branches and providing leadership to ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered. Also, Burke is responsible for business development, deposit growth and serving as the senior retail lender at the Maine Street and Cook’s Corner branches.
Burke began at Norway Savings in 2013 with more than 30 years of experience in the Brunswick market. Prior to joining the Norway team, Burke was the vice president of Regional Operations at Downeast Energy, where she provided leadership to managers to maintain successful and profitable operation of the business.
Burke is actively involved within the Mid-coast community. She has served as campaign chairwoman for United Way of Mid Coast Maine and was the past president of the Rotary Club of Brunswick. Currently, she serves on the board of directors for Mid Coast Health Services/Hospital and People Plus, and was recently appointed to the Efficiency Maine Trust Board.
