The following is disposition of cases in Cumberland County Court from April 1-30:

Sherry A. Bateman, 50, of Brunswick, guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on Dec. 3, 2013

Jamie L. Borges, 33, of Bath, guilty of disorderly conduct, with fighting, $150 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on Nov. 29, 2013.

Colby T. Carr, 24, of Woolwich, charges of driving to endanger, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop and failing to stop for an officer were dismissed, for an incident in Brunswick on Sept. 20, 2013.

Robert J. Carroll, 22, of Brunswick, parole violation on an August 21, 2012 charge of burglary in Brunswick, sentenced on April 4, 2014 to 12 months in the Department of Corrections.

Susan Conboy, 71, of Brunswick, a charge of disorderly conduct, with fighting and two charges of assault were dismissed, for an incident in Brunswick on Jan. 27.

John Robert Dickinson, 20, of Brunswick, parole violation on Nov. 9, 2012 charges of burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Brunswick, sentenced on April 11, 2014 to three months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
