RICHMOND — Meranda Martin tossed a no-hitter and went 4-for-4 at the plate as the Richmond High School softball team cruised to a 22-0 non-conference win over Old Orchard Beach on Tuesday.

Martin struck out 11 and walked one for the 6-0 Bobcats, who host Rangeley in a key East-West Conference matchup on Thursday.

Richmond belted out 11 hits, with Martin picking up two singles, a triple, a home run and five RBIs.

Kalah Patterson and Katlyn Swan each singled twice, with Swan driving in four and Patterson adding two RBIs.

Mykala Geaumont and Lilly Labonte pitched for Old Orchard Beach (0-8), combining on 12 walks and no strikeouts.
