Lewis, daughter of Terry and Janet Lewis of Laguna Hills, Calif., has a B.S. degree in molecular biology from UC San Diego and a master’s in public policy from Ford School, University of Michigan. She works as a program analyst for the National Science Foundation.
Fullerton, son of Peter and Jean Fullerton of Bath, Maine, is a 1997 graduate of Morse High School and has a B.A. degree in political science from Dickinson College. He is the director of Digital Strategy at the U.S. Department of the Interior.
Their wedding is planned for Oct. 4, 2014, in Washington, D.C.
