The Tree of Life community memorial service will be offered at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 27 at the Laurel Hill Cemetery, 293 Beach St. in Saco, for anyone who wishes to honor a loved one who has died. This interfaith service will provide an opportunity for participants to remember those who have touched their lives with a Tree of Life collage in the chapel, along with music and reflection. The Newfield Congregational Church will host an Easter sunrise service at the Willowbrook Historical Society Gazebo, corner of Elm Street and Spring Road in Newfield, on Sunday, April 20 at 5:45 a.m. Parking is available at the historical society’s parking lot across the street. All are welcome to celebrate Easter morning with a celebration of the resurrection. A service of comfort, healing and hope will be offered at the First Parish Congregational Church in Saco on Wednesday, March 26, at 7 p.m. Participants will share words and silence, light candles, and seek healing and hope. All are welcome to this half-hour service.
The Daughters of Isabella Circle 828 will have a social evening beginning at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 26 at Most Holy Trinity hall in Saco. The financial secretary will be in attendance to collect dues from those members who have not yet paid.
