TOPSHAM — With the holidays quickly approaching, parents may be interested in getting their child the gift of their first cellphone. U.S. Cellular is offering a free device workshop on Tuesday, Nov. 26 from 8 to 10 a.m. at 11 Winners Circle in Topsham, where current or potential smartphone users can learn more about the features and to help families make the right decision.
