BRUNSWICK — Craig Snapp will demonstrate some of the powerful capabilities of Google Earth in an introductory presentation at Curtis Memorial Library, 10 to 11:30 a.m.Monday, Nov. 4.

Snapp will discuss worldwide searching, Street View, 3D Buildings, Earth Gallery, historical satellite imagery, touring of scenic and important world sites, access to public map databases and the ability to create custom maps that can be shared with friends and family.

There is no registration required for this workshop. The introductory lecture will be followed with handson instruction workshops at People Plus, 35 Union St., for the two Tuesdays after the presentation: Nov. 12 and Nov. 19, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

There will be a 15-person maximum placed on these workshops.
