A 28-year-old Bath man will serve 30 months of a six-year prison sentence after a jury found him guilty of sexually assaulting two young girls in Brunswick.
Chad Logan was convicted in a jury trial of one count each of unlawful sexual touching and unlawful sexual contact, and two counts of assault, Cumberland County Assistant District Attorney Julia Sheridan said.
Logan assaulted the girls during the Christmas holidays at an undisclosed location in Brunswick. Brunswick police arrested him in April.Both children testified against Logan, Sheridan said, “and both did a very, very good job. And it seems the jury was convinced.”
