POWNAL — Regional School Unit 5 plans a half-hour social gathering at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 9, prior to its scheduled board meeting at Pownal Elementary School.RSU 1 board members want to discuss the thoughts and concerns of residents in an informal setting, and are eager to hear from them in 1-on-1 conversations.On the meetng agenda, the board will discusds municipal leadership and communication efforts among the three towns of Pownal, Durham and Freeport.
