Fadhil Alghazi, 52, of Portland, dismissed due to insufficient evidence of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, assault, and terrorizing, for an incident in Bath on April 3.
Ali K. Anthony, 40, of Gorham, dismissed due to insufficient evidence of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, terrorizing, and indecent conduct for an incident in Bath on April 3.
Vanessa Anthony, 31, of South Portland, guilty of operating under the influence, sentenced to 3 days in jail stayed until Aug. 15, license suspended 90 days, $750 fine; a charge of failing to stop for an officer was dismissed, for an incident in Bowdoinham on April 4.
Lionel J. Beaucage, III, 56, of Topsham, guilty of unlawful sexual touching on July 2; guilty of unlawful sexual touching on Feb. 4, 2012; guilty of unlawful sexual touching on Sept. 1, 2012, for incidences in Topsham; sentenced to 1 year in jail, all suspended, probation for one year; an additional charge of unlawful sexual touching, for an incident in Topsham on Sept. 1, 2012, was dismissed.

Sean D. Campbell, 21, of Lisbon, guilty of driving to endanger, $575 fine, sentenced to six months in jail, all suspended, probation of one year, license suspended 30 days, restitution of $250 for an incident in Bowdoin on Nov. 19, 2011.
Tammy Condon, 42, of Bath, guilty of attaching false plates, $100 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on June 18.
Robert A. Coulombe, 27, of Sabattus, a charge of endangering the welfare of a child, was dismissed, for an incident in Bath on April 20.
Jeffrey A. Cumming, 37, of Freeport, guilty of failing to register a vehicle, $100 fine, for an incident in Freeport on May 24.
Andrew S. Dao, 21, of Freeport, guilty by default of possession of marijuana up to 1 / ounce, $350 fine; guilty by default of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine, for an incident in Freeport on May 17.
Salena E. Dewitt, 19, of Durham, guilty of speeding: 30+ mph over limit, $500 fine, for an incident in Freeport on May 26.

George A. Dugal, 60, of Topsham, a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked was transferred to Superior Court for an incident in Brunswick on May 26.
Peter A. Eck, 39, of Brunswick, a charge of operating under the influence was transferred to Superior Court for an incident in Brunswick on May 23.
Aasha Edwards, 35, of Bath, guilty of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked, operating under the influence, sentenced to seven days in jail, license suspended one year, $600 fine, for an incident in Topsham on April 28.
Scott Elwell, 45, of Lisbon Falls, guilty of theft, with priors, in Bath; guilty of operating a vehicle after habitual- offender revocation, with priors, sentenced to 33 months in jail, probation partially revoked, for incidences in West Bath on Dec. 1, 2008.
Robert O. Emmons, Jr., 41, of Brunswick, charges of possession of marijuana, up to 1 / ounce, on May 22, and operating under the influence, on May 23, were transferred to Superior Court, for incidences in Brunswick.
Damion Fincher, 25, of Bath, charges of aggravated assault and domestic violence terrorizing, with priors were dismissed, for an incident in Bath on May 5.
Vera Fisco, 30, of Brunswick, charges of obstructing government administration and assault were transferred to Superior Court for an incident in Brunswick on May 15.

Daniel P. Hart, 66, of Phippsburg, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days, for an incident in Bath on June 17.
Justin D. Hart, 26, of Topsham, guilty of failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registration Act, second offense, sentenced to three years in jail, all but six months suspended and two years probation; guilty of escape, sentenced to 90 days in jail; charges of violating condition of release, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and refusing to stop were dismissed, for an incident in Bowdoin on June 4.
