FREEPORT — The Greater Freeport Community Chorus under the direction of Virgil Bozeman and accompanist Dorothy Cuprak is in rehearsals for the fall season at the Freeport Community Center, 53 Depot St., Freeport.
Rehearsals are Sundays, 6:30 to 9 p.m. at Freeport Community Center.
Greater Freeport Community Chorus is an adult, mixed-voice group whose members are from 22 communities in the Mid-coast area.
No audition or previous choral singing experience is required, only the love of singing and having fun making music together.
Membership covers the cost of music and other related expenses. Dues are waived for high school students.
Concerts are performed twice yearly, in December and May.
