WEST BATH — Cases of local interest closed in Sagadahoc County courts in June:

Frances G. Pinette, 62, of Durham, guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $100 fine, paid by waiver, for an incident in Topsham on May 8.

Ronald Poliquin, 49, of Topsham, guilty of possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce, $350 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on June 9.

Jay Prather, 44, of Brunswick, guilty by default of keeping an unlicensed dog, $25 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on April 4.

Michael Price, 43, of Dresden, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days, for an incident in Bath on Feb. 23.

Sarah Quimby, 31, of Lewiston, guilty of operating after suspension, $150 fine, paid by waiver, for an incident in Topsham on April 22.

Alicia A. Rodriguez, 19, of Portland, guilty of a minor possessing liquor, $200 fine, for an incident in Woolwich on April 13.

Jon M. Rogers, 56, of Orr’s Island, a charge of lobster and crab fishing without a license, was adjudicated, $100 fine, for an incident on Bailey Island on April 28.

Rosette Vincent, 46, of Brunswick, guilty by default of keeping an unlicensed dog, $25 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on April 4.

Lee Eric Ruona, 52, of Topsham, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, for an incident in Topsham on Feb. 13.

Robert Saulners, 63, of Jefferson, guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $100 fine, for an incident in Topsham on May 21.

Lake R. Savage Bellavance, 22, of Dresden, a charge of possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce, was adjudicated, $350 fine, for an incident in Topsham on April 8

Fermin Sawtell, 38, of Topsham, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine; guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $250 fine, for an incident in Topsham on Feb. 18.

Alan Scott Ryerson, 18, of Bath, a charge of possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce, was adjudicated, $350 fine, for an incident in Bath on April 22.

Lewis L. Smith Jr., 19, of Bath, a charge of possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce, was adjudicated, $450 fine; a charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia, was pled to another charge, for an incident in Bath on April 17.

Gary Stevens, 18, of Bath, guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on April 4.

Tracey H. Stump Clark, 31, of Litchfield, guilty of operating after suspension, $150 fine, for an incident in Topsham on Oct. 14, 2012.

Alec V. Temple, 19, of Bailey Island, guilty of permit unlawful use, $200 fine; guilty of a minor consuming liquor, $200 fine; a charge of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor was pled to another charge, for an incident in Topsham on April 19.

Michael Wagg, 40, of Bowdoin, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days, for an incident in Bowdoin on April 12.

Serena Weston, 29, of Topsham, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, for an incident in Topsham on April 15.

Victor Wilson, 37, of Bath, guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine, for an incident in Bath on April 17.

Cherie L. Winterbottom, 49, of Monmouth, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, for an incident in Woolwich on Feb. 23.

Jack Withers IV, 27, of Phippsburg, guilty of operating under the influence, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, stayed until June 29, $500 fine and license suspended for 90 days, for an incident in West Bath on Jan. 16.

Stephen A. Wright, 32, of Augusta, guilty of violating condition of release, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, for an incident in Bowdoinham on Sept. 13, 2012; a charge of failure to appear after being bailed was dismissed, for an incident in West Bath on May 7.
